“There’s NO WAY God would want to hear from me! Not after everything I’ve done.”

It breaks my heart the number of people who feel this way when it could not be further from the truth. God is not the one who condemns you—He is the one who justifies you. God will not hold you at a distance because of your present or past choices; rather, He stands with open arms to forgive, redeem, restore and renew! It’s time for YOUR new beginning.

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. … Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:33-35, 36-39

We all fall short of the glory of God. For some, our choices lead us down more destructive paths than others. Listen, if you’re reading this today, I firmly believe this is for you. You may not be struggling to put your life back together, but there may be someone close to your heart who is. I want to quickly address both.

First of all, if you are standing at a crossroads and you feel there is no way out—there is! As long as you have breath, there is hope. God doesn’t want you to wait until you have your life together. God wants to take you as you are right now, and lead you onto the right path.

“Come now, let’s settle this,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.

Isaiah 1:18

What if it's not you? What if it's someone you know? Your testimony is one of the most powerful tools in the Kingdom. There is nothing like hearing someone tell their story. Your story could be the key to someone’s breakthrough. Each of us is a trophy of grace, a reflection of God’s mercy and redemption. It doesn't matter what your past included or didn't include, if you've experienced the saving grace of Christ—the embrace if His love, then YOU have a story to tell that may be the key to someone else encountering the power of Jesus Christ!

They defeated [the enemy] through the blood of the Lamb and the bold word of their witness. Revelation 12:11
