This ministry believes in offering the Very Best …Value, Quality, and Selection and stands 100% behind the products that you receive from us. We offer products for purchase and may also offer products (i.e. books, DVDs, CDs, etc.) as a “thank you” for your donation. We have established the following return policy to replace defective products or products that were sent to you in error. Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days* from the date of receipt of the item. The Jentezen Franklin TV App (the “App”) is an OTT video platform owned by Free Chapel. By using this App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. Free Chapel is the sole owner of the information collected on the App. We only collect nonpublic personal information you voluntarily provide to us. Free Chapel will not sell, share, or rent this information to others other than as is disclosed in this statement. Free Chapel collects information from our users at different points on the App.

Text Messaging

The content of our messages will primarily contain messages in response to Call To Action requests and interactions with the shortcode. The shortcode may be used to provide updates, provide links to donate, respond to call to actions regarding opportunities for involvement with the ministry, and requests for additional information about the ministry. You may also receive direct personal replies from our office in response to your inquiries sent to our number.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our 53535 shortcode. If you want to join again, just text “HELLO” to 53535 and you can make use of the shortcode once again.
